Dr. Rosie Kitchiner has undertaken research at special and secondary schools over the last few years. A new research project is starting up to evaluate the combined effect of the Tinsley House Protocol and gentle chiropractic adjustments. A number of Tinsley House Clinic chiropractors are currently engaged in various research projects and evidence is accumulating.
In 2008, we contributed towards the ACA Fall Prevention Study, carrying out research at the AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) Conference in Washington, DC. This study, USA National Insitutes of Health Clinical Trial NCT00719082, will collect data that will assist researchers in developing strategies to prevent falls. This study was carried out in association with the Carrick Institute and Vestibular Technologies Inc.
